REVERB10: FRIENDSHIP / AMISTAD

How has a friend changed you or your perspective on the world this year? Was this change gradual, or a sudden burst?

I don't have a lot of friends but the few I have are good enough for me to be satisfied.
Most of them are far away, so I always look for different ways to keep the contact. Time goes fast, we are getting older, and we are in a constant change; is interesting to see how we grow, how different our lives are now and feel that part of us never change.
I feel that most of my friends are very special with me, and I learn from every single one of them, because I listen to them, I believe in them, and they are always there.
I started the "29 Day Giving Challenge" not because somebody told me to, but because a good friend saw that even in my dark days I was able to do something better, and I believe her, so little by little I changed my point of view.
I'm glad to know that time and distance has nothing to do with a friendship and I really enjoy the physical company when I have the opportunity.
I believe that friendship is a magic place where we always become a better person.

¿Cómo te ha cambiado un amigo o como ese amigo ha cambiado tu perspectiva sobre el mundo este año? ¿Fue este cambio gradual, o repentino?

No tengo muchos amigos pero los pocos que tengo son suficiente para estar satisfecha.
Casi todos están lejos, así que siempre busco maneras de mantener el contacto. El tiempo pasa rápido, nos vamos poniendo viejos, y estamos en un cambio constante, es interesante ver cómo crecemos y maduramos, cómo nuestras vidas son diferentes y de igual manera parte de nosotros nunca cambia.
Creo que la mayoría de mis amigos son muy especiales conmigo, y yo aprendo de todos y cada uno de ellos, porque los escucho, creo en ellos, y porque siempre están allí.
Empecé el "29 Day Giving Challenge", no porque alguien me dijo, sino porque una buena amiga vio que incluso en mis días oscuros podía hacer algo mejor, y creí que ella, y así fui cambiando mi punto de vista.
Me alegra saber que el tiempo y la distancia no tiene nada que ver con una amistad y realmente disfruto de la compañía física cuando tengo la oportunidad.
Creo que la amistad es un lugar mágico donde siempre seras una mejor persona.
